  • Salmon Bait200 g
  • Iceberg Lettuce to taste
  • Purple Lettuce to taste
  • Arugula to taste
  • Croutons1/2 cup
  • Parmesan flakes1/2 cup
  • Black Olives1 tablespoon
  • Cherry tomato or confit1/2 cup
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Salt and Black Pepper to taste
  1. Wash all the leaves well and let the water drain in a spaghetti dish. (Before using, tear the sheets into smaller sizes).
  2. Season the salmon baits with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Put a drizzle of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the baits over high heat for about 5 minutes.
  3. Mounting: Place the mixed leaves on a plate (or bowl) and distribute the salmon baits, croutons, olives and tomatoes on top. Finally, the Parmesan shavings and a good drizzle of olive oil.
  4. Observation: Look in my recipes for a practical way to make croutons in a skillet.
