- Leaf misc (arugula, purple lettuce, curly lettuce)2 cup
- Figs3 unit(s)
- Gorgonzola1 cup
- Balsamic vinegar1 dessert spoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- Honey1 tablespoon
- Parma Ham100 g
- Sanitize all leaves and leave well droughts
- Cut the figs into 4 parts vertically
- In A tray with butter paper add the parma slices and take it to the oven for 200 degrees for 8 minutes, remove and let it cool. Reserve
- In a bowl add the balsamic vinegar, honey and add the olive oil stirring with a whisk until it emulsifies
- Mix all the ingredients the gorgonzola cheese, the Parma crispy and decorate with the fresh figs, finish with Sauce and freshly ground pepper and now just enjoy
