*usei milho congelado de saquinho, e essa quantidade são 2 saquinhos. Se quiser usar milho fresco, pode usar 5 espigas cozidas e debulhadas.

*I used frozen corn in a bag, and that amount is 2 bags. If you want to use fresh corn, you can use 5 boiled and threshed ears.

Comece refogando o alho picadinho até dourar. Acrescente o milho e um pouco de sal e refogue até que esteja totalmente descongelado e que não haja mais água na panela (se for usar o fresco, refogue por 5 minutos).

Start by sautéing the minced garlic until golden. Add the corn and a little salt and sauté until it is completely thawed and there is no more water in the pan (if using fresh, sauté for 5 minutes).

Adicione a pimenta dedo de moça picadinha (usei a metade das sementes de uma delas, o resto descartei. Use a quantidade que gosta para um maior ou menor nível de picância), a salsinha e a cebolinha, mexa bem e deixe refogar por mais 5 minutos.

Add the finely chopped chili pepper (I used half the seeds of one of them, the rest I discarded. Use the amount you like for a greater or lesser level of spiciness), parsley and chives, stir well and let it sauté for another 5 minutes.

Desligue o fogo e deixe esfriar.
Você pode servir esse prato quente, neste caso, apenas dispense o uso do suco se limão no passo abaixo.

Turn off the heat and let cool.
You can serve this dish hot, in this case, just dispense with the use of lemon juice in the step below.

Acrescente o suco de limão, a maionese e o queijo cottage, mexa bem, prove e ajuste o sal se necessário e sirva!

Add the lemon juice, mayonnaise and cottage cheese, stir well, taste and adjust salt if necessary and serve!
