- Mayonnaise200 g
- Salt to taste
- Peel and cut the potatoes and carrots into cubes. Cook until they are soft.
- In a large bowl, add the boiled potatoes and carrots, the drained peas and green corn, the chopped seedless tomato.
- Add the mayonnaise and mix gently.
- Serve chilled!!
