- Cook the potatoes and carrots until soft. Cut them into small cubes. Cook the eggs until the shells crack, and cut them into small pieces. In a bowl, place the potatoes, carrots, eggs, olives. Mix well. Add the mayonnaise and the green smell and mix everything. Decorate with the skin of a tomato, rolling it into a flower shape.
