- mayonnaise250 g
- Chop carrots, potatoes, pods very small, you can cook them all together with a little salt. Then drain, wait for it to cool down and place it on a platter. Chop the peeled apple very small and add the pea. Finally the mayonnaise, put it to taste preferably just dirty the salad with the mayonnaise. Serve cold.
