- Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces, cook the potatoes and eggs. Meanwhile, in a refractory or bowl, add the other ingredients, with the potatoes and eggs already boiled and cold, mix and add the mayonnaise. Refrigerate until ready to serve . Note: keep in the fridge and can't heat up because of the mayonnaise.
