Corta as batatas,a beterraba,as cenouras e o chuchu em pedaços pequenos

Cut the potatoes, beets, carrots and chayote into small pieces

Coloca para cozinhar na cuzcuzeira
Beterraba,cenoura, batata e chuchu nessa ordem para cozinhar melhor e não ficar muito fácil de desmanchar

Put it to cook in the couscous
Beetroot, carrot, potato and chayote in that order to cook better and not be too easy to fall apart

Tira da cuzcuzeira e coloca em uma vasilha

Remove from the couscous and place in a bowl.

 Coloca a maionese,cheiro verde picadinho e um pouco de sal
