- Sweet Vinegar3 tablespoon
- Mustard2 coffee spoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Toasted walnuts to taste
- Sliced Parmesan to taste
- Sliced radish to taste
- Assorted greens to taste
- For the mushroom marinade: Slice the mushrooms and place in a deep container. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of sweet vinegar (if you don't have it, add 2 tablespoons of honey) 1 teaspoon of mustard, salt and pepper to taste. Mix well and leave in the fridge for 15 min. Salad assembly; Distribute the mushrooms on a plate (reserve the juice left in the bowl) as if it were a carpaccio. Distribute your assorted greens and slices of parmesan, walnuts and radish on slices. Sauce: Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil, vinegar and mustard to the juice left over from the marinade, stir well and drizzle the salad 😋😋😋Enjoy your meal
