Modo de preparo 
Cozinhe o macarrão e escorra
corte o alface o repolho e o tomate.
Em uma frigideira frite o alho e a cebola.

Preparation mode
Cook the macaroni and drain
cut the lettuce, cabbage and tomato.

Coloque o atum na frigideira e acrescente o macarao e os tomates cortados desliguei o foco e jogue a cenoura e o alface e o repolho pra não perder a crocancia e sirva-se
