pegue os pimentões e corta em forma de estrela, retire a parte do meio
cortar as berinjelas, os tomates e a cebola tudo em rodelas 
colocando numa forma untada com azeite e coloque os legumes, tempere com o orégano,pimenta do reino e sal
e coloque azeite por cima e leve ao forno por 30 minutos a 180°c
