Lettuce, tomato and cucumber salad

Rasgue as folhas de alface e disponha numa travessa ou saladeira. Por cima, distribua os tomates cortados em quatro e o pepino em rodelas bem fininhas. Para temperar, misture o limão, o azeite e o vinagre. Salpique sal e pimenta-do-reino a gosto e sirva em seguida.

Tear the lettuce leaves and arrange on a platter or salad bowl. On top, distribute the tomatoes cut into four and the cucumber in very thin slices. To season, mix the lemon, oil and vinegar. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste and serve immediately.
