Lettuce, broccoli and green beans salad.

Lave muito bem a alface e as demais verduras.
Coloque o brócolis e a vagem picada para cozinhar.
Descasque e corte a cebola em rodelas e lave bem pra retirar a acidez.


Wash the lettuce and other vegetables very well.
Put the broccoli and the chopped green beans to cook.
Peel and cut the onion into slices and wash well to remove the acidity.


Em uma tigela coloque as folhas de alface cortadas , o brócolis  , a vagem , a cebola e a cenoura ralada crua.
Coloque salsa e cebolinha a gosto.
Tempere com azeite e vinagre de sua preferência  , misture e está pronta.

In a bowl place the chopped lettuce leaves, broccoli, green beans, onion and raw grated carrots.
Add parsley and chives to taste.
Season with olive oil and vinegar of your choice, mix and it's ready.
