  1. I started by cooking the lentils and carrots in the same pan with water and a little salt. 10 minutes maximum is the time the lentils cook, be careful not to overcook them.
  2. Remove from heat and drain all the water. In a frying pan, I added olive oil and sliced onion, over low heat so as not to burn, I fried the onion until lightly golden, added the cooked lentils and carrots, added the rest of the ingredients, mixed well, removed from the heat and finished with more olive oil and lemon. .
  3. This little salad can be served cold or hot and goes with everything 😋
