Cherry Tomato200 g
Onion1 unit(s)
Minas cheese to taste
Almonds to taste
Chestnuts to taste
Parsley to taste
Chives to taste
Garlic2 unit(s)
Blonde2 unit(s)

Cook the lentils in a little water for 8 minutes or until al dente with the garlic cloves and bay leaf.
Caramelize the onion with a little honey
Add the lentils, caramelized onion, chopped tomatoes, chopped cheese and season with salt, olive oil, chives, parsley, smoked paprika, cumin and black pepper (season to your liking)
Toast the almonds and chestnuts in a pan until crispy and place on top of the salad.
