- Sun-dried Tomato150 g
- Canned hearts of palm500 g
- Bacon300 g
- Buffalo Mozzarella200 g
- Chives to taste
- olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ripe Mango01 unit(s)
- Balsamic Vinegar10 ml
- Wash the leaves well in running water, then sanitize with some product for fruits and vegetables.
- Cut the bacon into cubes and fry until crispy.
- After frying the bacon, reserve it in a colander so that the fat drains well.
- Cut the hearts of palm into slices, the sun-dried tomatoes into smaller pieces.
- In a salad bowl, add the leaves, add salt, olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes, hearts of palm, buffalo mozzarella, bacon, parsley to taste and serve with the mango sauce.
- Sauce: Blend the mango with olive oil, salt, balsamic vinegar for 5 minutes, keep in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
