Sun-dried Tomato150 g
Canned hearts of palm500 g
Bacon300 g
Buffalo Mozzarella200 g
Chives to taste
olive oil to taste
Salt to taste
Ripe Mango01 unit(s)
Balsamic Vinegar10 ml

Wash the leaves well in running water, then sanitize with some product for fruits and vegetables.
Cut the bacon into cubes and fry until crispy.
After frying the bacon, reserve it in a colander so that the fat drains well.
Cut the hearts of palm into slices, the sun-dried tomatoes into smaller pieces.
In a salad bowl, add the leaves, add salt, olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes, hearts of palm, buffalo mozzarella, bacon, parsley to taste and serve with the mango sauce.
Sauce: Blend the mango with olive oil, salt, balsamic vinegar for 5 minutes, keep in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.
