Egg2 unit(s)
Salt to taste
Dry seasoning parsley, onion and garlic to taste
Vinegar, olive oil and mustard to taste

Boil the potatoes, with plenty of salt.
Squeeze the potatoes in a bowl, spreading with a fork.
Squeeze the eggs on top
Sprinkle with a spoon the seasoning with vinegar, oil and mustard, spreading it all over
Finally, sprinkle the dry seasoning to taste.
I usually make it overnight, it gets tougher after it comes out of the fridge, but you can serve it as soon as it cools down
