Jilo

Comecei lavando o quiabo e o jilo depois piquei em pedaços e reservei 

I started by washing the okra and jilo then chopped it into pieces and set it aside

Agora em uma panela comece refogando o alho no azeite. 

Now in a pan, start by sautéing the garlic in the oil.

Depois acrescente o jilo e o quiabo .
Mexa bem adicionei sal , pimenta do reino misture bem.

Then add the jilo and the okra.
Stir well added salt , black pepper mix well.

Depois coloquei um pouco de água e deixei cozinhar até ficar bem macio .

Then I added some water and let it cook until it was very soft.
