- Slice the cucumbers if possible with the help of a mandolin and let it dehydrate for 20 minutes
- In a pan, boil the vinegar, sugar and water until translucent.
- Wash the cucumbers well until all the salt is removed.
- Mix well and put in the fridge
- serve cold
