- Cabbage1/2 kg
- Carrot1 kg
- 2 tomatoes, a chayote, potato, half a small cabbage, 1 carrot. Cut them all into small pieces or your preference, season to taste, with cumin, garlic, salt, pepper, onion, vinegar, coriander, chives, with a little water, if you prefer you can add a spoon of saffron (coffee).
