- Green Smell to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste

- Chop the ingredients into small cubes (beat, carrots etc) and cook separately if possible and especially the carrot as it takes longer to cook, meanwhile chop the green smell and put it in the bowl with the olive oil and half of the mayonnaise and the ingredients that does not need cooking (apple tomato etc) chop the olives too (without the pit), after cooking mix all the ingredients and the rest of the mayonnaise, gradually adding the salt and checking if it is ready (always taking care not to salt the recipe ), put parsley leaves to garnish (good recipe for the end of year barbecue)
