  • Canned palm heart450 g
  • Tomato4 unit(s)
  • Red pepper2 unit(s)
  • Green pepper1 unit(s)
  • Yellow pepper1 unit(s)
  • Medium onion1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Parsley1/2 cup
  • Vinegar1/2 cup
  • Extra virgin olive oil1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  1. Cut the hearts of palm, tomato, peppers and onion into small cubes. Reserve a little palm heart for decoration.
  2. Mix all the ingredients and adjust the salt.
  3. MOUNTING: Cut some of the hearts of palm into slices and garnish on a round plate. Place the vinaigrette in the middle and finish with parsley.
