- 500 grams of roll pastry dough500 g
- 400 grams of grated mozzarella400 g
- 200 grams of chopped ham200 g
- 2 chopped tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Oregano to taste to taste
- Salt to taste to taste
- Oil for frying to taste
- In a bowl, mix the cheese, ham, tomato, oregano and salt. Roll out the pastry dough and remove the plastic wrap from one side of the dough. Place the filling and fold in half to form a half moon. Pinch the edges well with a fork. Remove the plastic film from the other part of the dough and fry in hot oil until golden brown. Remove from heat and place to drain on paper towels.
