  • Mint1 tablespoon
  • Wheat for kibbeh150 g
  • Salt2 g
  • Olive oil15 g
  • Vinegar25 g
  • Shoyo20 g
  1. Place the wheat for kibe in a bowl with water until it covers and leave it while you cut the ingredients.
  2. Cut the lettuce into very thin strips
  3. Onion, cucumber, and tomato cut into very small squares.
  4. Cut mint with a very small knife
  5. Drain the wheat in a rice colander and start assembling the salad.
  6. In a refractory place the tomato, cucumbers, onion and wheat, finally adding the lettuce and mint.
  7. Season with oil, salt and vinegar. The shoyo is my contribution to this recipe, it is perfect if you add a pinch of Syrian pepper
