- Sesame6 tablespoon
- Mint or basil leaves20 unit(s)
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Olive Oil4 tablespoon
- Whole Sea Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
- sanitize the leaves
- tear with your hands
- Cut the mango into cubes
- Place the leaves on a platter
- Season with olive oil, lemon juice and salt
- Spread the sesame, mint and mango on top
- Finish with black pepper
