- Arugula1 unit(s)
- Figs6 unit(s)
- Feta cheese1 pint
- Olive oil10 ml
- Salt1 to taste
- Black pepper1 to taste
- Clean the lettuce and arugula sauces well
- Cut the figs in four (important to be ripe)
- dry the leaves
- In a bowl mix the greens, olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Transfer to the serving bowl
- Add the figs and crumble the feta cheese roughly
- Finish so that you can see everything in the salad.
