- Mix of green leaves (lettuce and arugula) to taste
- Peas1 tablespoon
- Cucumber1 tablespoon
- Cashew nuts to taste
- Clean and dry the leaves well and add to a plate
- On top add the laminated cucumber, the peas and finish with cashew nuts.
