- Avocado2 unit(s)
- Cherry tomato200 g
- Olive oil50 ml
- Lime1 unit(s)
- molasses1 teaspoon
- Roasted Sesame Oil1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Clean all leaves and dry them well.
- Make a sauce with sesame seeds, molasses and lemon, emulsify with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Peel the avocados and cut into slices
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half
- Mix half of the sauce into the leaves
- Assemble the salad in a bowl making the leaves, make an arrangement with the avocado and tomatoes in the middle
- Finish by adding the rest of the sauce and a pinch of black pepper if desired.
