- Cauliflower (flowers, stalks and leaves)2 cup
- Fresh Basil Leaves1/3 cup
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Lemon juice2 tablespoon
- Golden Flax Seeds1 tablespoon
- Turmeric Powder1 teaspoon
- Cover the flaxseeds with water and wait 30 minutes.
- Steam, preferably, the cauliflower until very soft.
- Place the cauliflower, flaxseeds with the hydration water, olive oil, turmeric, basil and lemon juice in a blender
- Beat well until you get a smooth cream. If necessary, add water little by little to the desired point.
- Season with salt and pepper
- Taste and adjust the seasoning
