  1. Sanitize all vegetables.
  2. Cut the tomatoes in half, slice the peppers and red onion into very thin slices, cut the cucumber into slices of approximately half a centimeter and then divide into 4 parts (peeling is optional) and cut the cheese into small cubes.
  3. Put only the cut vegetables in a container and then add the other salad ingredients.
  4. In another container, place the oil, vinegar, honey, salt and black pepper and mix well until incorporated. No need to emulsify.
  5. Pour the sauce over the vegetables, mix and transfer to the container in which it will be served and finish with the cheese cubes, basil leaves and oregano. serve.
