- Pack of Iceberg Lettuce1 unit(s)
- Pack of Purple Radite1 unit(s)
- Bunch of Lettuce1/2 unit(s)
- Ripe Fresh Fig in strips4 unit(s)
- Very thin slices of Parma Ham1 cup
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- In a large platter start by adding the arugula leaves and purple Radite
- Place the American and curly lettuce leaves and mix everything with your hands until it's well colored.
- Decorate with the figs cut into strips.
- Finally, add the thin slices of Parma Ham
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil
- If you find it necessary, you can add a little salt đ
- Tip: Serve with grated Parmesan cheese on top đ§
