- Lemon0 to taste

- Milk50 ml
- Cook the potatoes in water for half an hour.
- Cook two eggs.
- In the blender, mix the 2 raw eggs, the two yolks of the boiled eggs, the homemade mayonnaise, the olive oil, the milk, the lemon and the salt, beating on medium speed until it thickens.
- Mix the sauce and potatoes and serve as you prefer.
