Cozinhar as batatas em água por meia hora.

No liquidificador misturar os 2 ovos crus, as duas gemas dos ovos cozidos, a maionese caseira, o azeite, o leite, o limão e o sal, batendo em velocidade média até engrossar. 

In the blender, mix the 2 raw eggs, the two yolks of the boiled eggs, the homemade mayonnaise, the olive oil, the milk, the lemon and the salt, beating on medium speed until it thickens.

Misturar o molho e a batata e servir como preferir.

Mix the sauce and potatoes and serve as you prefer.
