- Chop all the ingredients, the orange into smaller pieces than the other fruits, then it releases the juice and the salad is not so acidic. Put everything in a deep dish and add the condensed milk (if you want), the cinnamon powder and the ice, stir for a few seconds and put it in the fridge for 30 minutes. It's a delight.
