- Coconut milk200 ml
- Sour cream100 ml
- Raisins30 g
- Sugar2 tablespoon

- Bring the chopped pineapple to the fire along with the sugar, and let it cook for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, grate the coconut coarsely, chop the apricot, and add it to the grated coconut, add the raisins. After the pineapple is cooked, add the coconut and the cubed apple, mix everything very well. Pour in the coconut milk and cream and mix all the ingredients again. Chop the strawberries and sprinkle on top. Place in a refractory 2 and serve chilled.
