Leaf mix to taste
Red Onion1 unit(s)
Cherry tomato1 cup
Mustard1 tablespoon
Honey1 tablespoon
Balsamic Vinegar1 tablespoon
Olive oil to taste
Salt and black pepper to taste

Hygienize and dry the mix of leaves well, it can be a mix of lettuces with Rucula
Cut the tomatoes in half and spread on top of the salad.
Cut the onion into half moons and spread on top of the salad.
For the dressing, mix the mustard, honey, salt and black pepper, vinegar and oil and serve over the salad.
