- Pasta farfalle cooked al dente3 cup
- Mayonnaise2/3 cup
- Chopped cherry tomatoes15 unit(s)
- Canned corn1/2 cup
- Chopped pitted green olives8 unit(s)
- Chopped Bacon1/3 cup
- Finely chopped red onion1/4 cup
- Chopped Parsley to taste
- Sea Salt to taste
- In a nonstick skillet, fry the bacon until it releases the fat. Drain and set aside on a plate lined with paper towels.
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until smooth and add the cooled bacon.
- Refrigerate the salad for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Serve the salad garnished with cherry tomatoes and olives.
