- Diced red onion1/4 cup
- Organic Tofu1 cup
- Turmeric Powder1 coffee spoon
- Mint Leaves4 cup
- Wash and drain the lentils. Soak in water for 12 hours, changing the water once during this period.
- Discard the hydration water and rinse
- Mix the lentils with the walnuts, the apple, the parsley and the onion and the juice of 1 lemon. Season with salt, kingdom pepper and olive oil Decorate with mint leaves.
