Festive Lentil with Creamy Sauce

Lave e escorra a lentilha. Deixe de molho em água  por 12h, trocando a água uma vez neste período 

Wash and drain the lentils. Soak in water for 12 hours, changing the water once during this period.

Descarte a água da hidratação e enxágue 

Misture a lentilha com as nozes, a maçã, a salsa e a cebola e sumo de 1 limão. Tempere com sal, pimenta do reino e azeite de oliva Decore com folhas de hortelã.
