  • Mustard Seeds1 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • cabbage leaf, cabbage or other1 unit(s)
  1. Wash and cut the radish into thin slices
  2. Place in sanitized 500ml glass
  3. Squeeze the lemon and add the juice
  4. add the salt
  5. Add mustard seeds
  6. Press the radishes with a pestle or spoon until the vegetable liquid rises.
  7. Top up with water if radishes are in contact with air
  8. Place the leaf on top and press again so the radishes don't have contact with the air
  9. Put the lid on without closing it completely and leave it at room temperature until the fermentation bubbles appear.
  10. Put it in the fridge and be happy!
