  • Lemon1 unit(s)
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Blonde2 unit(s)
  • Pink pepper1 teaspoon
  1. Wash and peel the beets
  2. Cut into thin slices
  3. Place in a sterilized glass
  4. Add salt, lemon juice, bay leaf and pink pepper.
  5. Cover with filtered water, put a weight so the beets are completely covered in liquid
  6. Put the lid on, without closing completely
  7. Leave at room temperature for 48 hours to ferment, ready for consumption.
  8. After this period, put it in the fridge.
