- Mayonnaise4 tablespoon
- Cottage cheese2 tablespoon
- Chives to taste
- Salt to taste
- Put the diced potatoes to cook in a pan with water covering them, add the salt
- When they are well cooked, remove from the pan and drain the water well.
- In a bowl, mix the potatoes with the mayonnaise, cottage cheese and chives and serve.
