- Sliced green olives1/2 cup
- Olive oil1/2 cup
- Salt to taste
- Dry pepperoni to taste
- Chimi churri1 tablespoon
- Garlic Cloves3 cup
- Raisins to taste
- Slice the aubergines, onions and red pepper into thin slices.
- In a bowl, place all the ingredients and mix very well.
- Cover the shape with aluminum foil and take it to the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil, stir and return to the oven for another 20 minutes or until the liquid dries.
- Let cool and finish with chopped chives.
