Boiled Potatoes6 unit(s)
Boiled carrot2 unit(s)
Boiled Eggs6 unit(s)
Mayonnaise8 tablespoon
Chopped green parsley2 tablespoon
Salt to taste
Cherry tomato200 g
Carrot slices for garnish to taste
Tomato flower to garnish1 unit(s)
Parsley for garnish to taste
Cherry tomatoes for garnish to taste

Peel the eggs and separate the yolks from the whites
Cut the whites into small pieces
In a bowl mix the mayonnaise with the egg yolks
Add the boiled potatoes cut into small pieces, the boiled carrots cut into small pieces and mix well
Add the egg whites cut into small pieces and the cherry tomatoes and mix well
Season with a little salt and chopped green smell and mix well.
Add the mayonnaise to the platter and garnish with sliced carrots, cherry tomatoes and parsley to taste.
Put the tomato flower in the middle and take it to the fridge for at least 2 hours
Serve immediately
Store in fridge 😉
