- Chicken breast fillet2 unit(s)

- Cherry tomato200 g
- Garlic (cloves without the core)2 unit(s)
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise1 cup
- Grated Parmesan5 tablespoon
- Black pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Baguette bread1 unit(s)
- Parmesan cheese chunk1 unit(s)
- Fresh thyme (branch)2 unit(s)
- Sanitize all inputs and release the lettuce leaves
- Make the sauce with mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic, grated cheese, salt, pepper and olive oil, beat in a mixer or blender. If you wish, add 2 chopped anchovies to the sauce.
- Cut slices of bread, brush olive oil on both sides and make enough toast to serve up to 3 per person
- Cook the eggs for 8 minutes in a small pan
- Grill the chicken breasts in a frying pan or griddle
- Season with olive oil, salt and pepper and fresh thyme
- Peel the eggs, cut them into 4 lengthwise
- Slowly cut the chicken into 2-inch slices so it doesn't fall apart
- Shave the whole Parmesan to serve
- Assemble the salad with the lettuce base torn with your hands
- On top add 3 chicken slices, 2 eggs, some cherry tomatoes
- Pour sauce over everything in the desired amount
- Finish with toast and parmesan shavings!
