Diced seedless tomato1/2 to taste
Olive Oil / Sauce5 tablespoon
Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
Chopped mint10 unit(s)
Salt1 tablespoon
Sliced olives1/2 cup
Lemon1 unit(s)

Soak the chickpeas overnight.
The next day drain the water.
Place the chickpeas, 1 garlic clove and salt in a pressure cooker.
Cook for 8 to 10 minutes after pressing to get al dente.
Drain the water.
Place in a salad bowl and set aside to cool.
add the tomato.
Mix the sauce ingredients and pour over the chickpeas.
