- Box of Sour Cream to taste
- Salt to taste
- Cook the whole beet with washed skin, in the pressure cooker put water until it covers and leave it under pressure for approximately 20 min.
- With the cold beetroot, remove the skin and cut the beet into cubes.
- Remove the core of the pineapple slices so it doesn't get bitter, cut the pineapple into cubes
- Mix all the ingredients with the whey-free cream.
