- Iceberg Lettuce1 to taste
- arugula1 to taste
- Cherry or grape tomatoes1 to taste
- Parmesan cheese100 g
- Bacon100 g
- Kiwi2 unit(s)

- Nuts1 to taste
- Japanese Cucumber1 unit(s)
- Sanitize all the greens, let the water drain well and set aside (use a paper towel lightly pressing to help dry)
- In a pan add cubed bacon and let it brown over low heat, drain in a sieve and dry with paper towels, we want this crispy and dry bacon.
- Cut the fruits into cubes and the cucumber into slices (I use the super fast grater slicer and perfect slices).
- In a large platter (very large indeed) add the green leaves, cucumber and tomato.
- On top I finish with the fruits, bacon and nuts and finally the Parmesan cheese.
- Add the sauce of your choice. Enjoy your food.
