Lave bem todas as Verduras e comece picando a berinjela em cubos pequenos. A medida que for picando, deixe-a na água para não escurecer. Quando terminar, troque a água e coloque o vinagre, preenchendo o restante com água até cobrir toda a berinjela. Coloque uma colher de chá de sal e reserve por cerca de 1h.

Wash all the vegetables well and start by chopping the eggplant into small cubes. As you chop, leave it in the water so it doesn't darken. When finished, change the water and add the vinegar, filling the rest with water until the eggplant is covered. Add a teaspoon of salt and set aside for about 1 hour.

Pique os pimentões e as cebolas em cubinhos pequenos e reserve.

Chop the peppers and onions into small cubes and set aside.

Pique o tomate também em cubinhos e antes de juntar aos pimentões e cebola, esprema entre as mãos para retirar o excesso de água. 

Also chop the tomato into cubes and before adding the peppers and onion, squeeze between your hands to remove excess water.

Corte as azeitonas e o cheiro verde a gosto em pedaços pequenos e acrescente às Verduras. 

Cut the olives and the green smell to taste into small pieces and add to the vegetables.

Depois do tempo de molho da berinjela, escorra a água com vinagre e passe outra água limpa, deixando escorrer em seguida. Esprema a berinjela nas mãos e junte ao restante das Verduras. 

After soaking the eggplant, drain the water with vinegar and pass another clean water, letting it drain afterwards. Squeeze the eggplant in your hands and add to the rest of the vegetables.
