- Black-eyed Beans500 g
- Pepperoni sausage2 unit(s)
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Chopped Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Green Smell to taste
- Salt, season to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- In a pressure cooker, put the beans to cook for about 20 minutes. (Start counting the minutes when the pressure cooker starts)
- Put the egg to cook too. Once cooked, set aside!
- Cut the sausage into small pieces and fry well. Reserve
- When the beans are cooked, drain the water well and transfer to a container.
- Mix all the ingredients and it's done!
