  • Avocado30 g
  • Cherry tomatoes5 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Chimichurri to taste
  • Lettuce to taste
  • Light cottage cheese1 tablespoon
  1. Heat a frying pan with a little oil and place the 2 eggs. Season with salt and stir until the eggs are cooked. Turn off the heat and add 1 tablespoon of light curd. Mix well.
  2. In a bowl, place the chopped lettuce leaves. On top, arrange the tomatoes, the scrambled eggs, the Minas cheese cut into cubes and the avocado.
  3. Drizzle with a little olive oil, season with salt and chimichurri.
