- Well seasoned grilled chicken fillet2 unit(s)
- Cherry tomato200 g
- Ripe Avocado1/2 unit(s)
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Squeezed lemon to taste
- Cut the chicken fillets into strips
- In a Salad platter place the lettuce leaves, the cherry tomatoes
- Cut the avocado into pieces and add to the salad.
- Lastly put the chicken strips
- Season with olive oil, lemon and salt to taste.
